Chief Executive Officer
As President & CEO of TriPointe, Praveen Kondaka provides leadership, corporate governance, and strategic direction, working closely with his executive team to expand the company’s presence across public and private sector markets. With 20 years of experience in executive oversight, program management, business development, capture management, and solution development within the federal sector, he drives growth and innovation. Praveen holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and has completed the Chief Technology Officer Program at The Wharton School of Business.

Chief Operating Officer
Brian Curfman brings more than 30 years of technology leadership to TriPointe Technologies. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, he helps shape the company’s strategy while ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
Throughout his career in both the public and private sectors, Brian has led diverse teams and delivered innovative solutions with lasting impact. Known for his problem-solving skills and cross-disciplinary expertise, he is a trusted partner to clients and a driving force behind TriPointe’s success.
At TriPointe, Brian expertly managed back-office operations with precision, building efficient systems that support both the company’s growth and its people. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Marshall University and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from West Virginia University.

Bob Lackey has more than 30 years of experience in Information Technologies. He is a proven leader in implementing cutting edge solutions for the most difficult problems.
As a Co-Founder and and former CEO of Tripointech Technoligies, he lead the Business development and recruiting areas resulting in record growth and revenue.
Bob has multiple industry certifications and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of PA.

With a proven track record of driving enterprise transformation, James is known for aligning innovative technology strategies with complex business objectives to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
James holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking from Strayer University. His academic background, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, enables him to lead high-performing teams across multiple disciplines including multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, DevOps, research & development, cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
A recognized leader in cloud strategy and digital modernization, James excels at designing and implementing vendor-agnostic, multi-cloud solutions that enhance operational efficiency and agility. He is also deeply committed to advancing secure and compliant IT ecosystems, ensuring business continuity in today’s evolving threat landscape.
